These terms apply to purchases made through the Vaz Commerce online store. Our contact, privacy, shipping, and return/refund policies also apply. Questions: vazcommerce@outlook.com.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before payment. Product availability may change. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the canceled item. We will not increase the price of a paid order without your agreement.
Products and delivery
We aim to describe products accurately. Screen colors may vary. Follow the product instructions and use products only for their intended purpose. Shipping charges, delivery information, and return procedures are described in our separate policies. Orders may be fulfilled by our supplier partners. Vaz Commerce remains your point of contact for order assistance.
Cancellations and returns
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment. Returns and refunds are handled under our published return/refund policy.
Website use and privacy
Do not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
Updates and customer rights
Changes to these terms apply to future purchases. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
